Natalia Gurushina is Chief Economist for the active Emerging Markets Fixed Income Strategy. She joined VanEck in 2013. Prior to VanEck, Natalia Gurushina worked at Roubini Global Economics, where she was responsible for emerging markets currency/fixed income and G10 currency strategies. Previously, Ms Gurushina served as EMEA Economist at Deutsche Bank and Russia/CIS Economist at Bankers Trust. She also worked at Pantera Capital Management. Ms Gurushina earned PhD from University of Oxford, and BA in Economics from Moscow State University.

Irene Espinosa-Cantellano is an economist and public official with 28 years of experience in the financial and academic sectors. Since January 24, 2018, she has held the position of Deputy Governor of Banco de México, becoming the first woman in the Governing Board established with the bank's autonomy in 1994 and the first to occupy a senior role in the Mexican central bank since its creation in 1925. Before joining Banco de México, she served as Treasurer of the Federation for almost nine years, during which she passed through two administrations of different parties. Before, Irene was invited to occupy the position of Coordinator of Advisors to the then Treasurer of the Federation and, later, that of Deputy Treasurer of Operation.

Kathryn is Chief Market Strategist at StoneX where she is responsible for formulating investment strategies across asset classes for institutional clients globally, based off her macroeconomic analyses and forecasting. She previously worked at Bulltick as Chief Investment Strategist, at Bear Stearns as a fixed income Emerging Markets research analyst, and started her career at MetLife Investments, also in Emerging Markets Research. Kathryn is a high-frequency contributor to television networks Bloomberg Television, CNBC, Bloomberg, CNN en Español, and Fox Business. She is a frequent keynote speaker at major conferences in both the English and Spanish-speaking world. Kathryn holds her Master’s in Business degree, specializing in Economics and Finance, from New York University’s Stern School of Business. She earned her BA in Economics and Spanish literature from Rutgers College.
